Funeral ceremony
A fully personalised service built around the life and personality of your loved one.
We'll spend time together - ideally in person - so I can get to know who they were. I'll then craft and lead a ceremony that reflects them.
Because I’m an independent celebrant, we can include religious or spiritual elements such as prayers or hymns if you prefer. It also means that I can deliver a completely secular service if that is right for you. I can suggest music and readings, or be guided completely by you. The service can be at a crematorium, burial site or anywhere else that is meaningful to you and your loved one.
Celebration of Life
Sometimes you want to focus on the joy your loved one brought, rather than the grief of their loss.
I can create uplifting, celebratory ceremonies that honour everything your loved one brought to the world. Celebration of Life ceremonies can take place anywhere meaningful to you and your loved one - their favourite park, restaurant or even at your home. There is no set formula, I will work with you to create something completely one-off that captures the fullness of their life, and the love they have left behind.
Living funeral
Wouldn’t it be amazing to hear all the wonderful things your friends and family would say about you at your funeral?
Some people don’t want to wait until after death to celebrate their life. Living funerals are a way to celebrate your life and say goodbye to the people you love on your own terms. Living funerals can take any shape that feels right for you - I’m here to help plan and give you and your loved ones an unforgettable moment of connection before you pass away.
Fees
My fees start at £300 for a funeral, and vary upwards depending on the type of service you choose and the level of support you would like from me.
The £300 covers my time to meet with you, write the service and deliver it on the day.
